Friday’s Fashion Fix

With October coming to a very quick close, winter coats are on the brain. It seems as though our harsh Canadian winters often get the best of last year’s coat and Fall calls for a whole new hunt for the warmth you’ll soon need. There are all kinds: puffers, shearling, wool, down. I find it helpful to have at least two options in the winter since your coat basically amounts to your entire outfit (tear). A wool coat is especially convenient for those special events or when you’re feeling a little fancy. Conversely, a down coat is ideal for the everyday hustle and bustle. For now, I’m thinking wool, so here are a few great shots of some of our favourite women, wearing styles we can only dream to own ..but inspire us nonetheless!
