Hi Courtney! Should be ok for gemstones, but we’re not sure about sterling silver. In any case, we’d recommend being careful and maybe testing the cleaner out on the back of the piece beforehand? Good luck!

I used polident to clean my rings. Big mistake. The yellow gold rings turned brassy color, quickly found your site on google, tried it, rings almost back to original gold color, any suggestions, its my moms wedding band,64 yrs.old, given to me.
