Happy Monday, nuts! I hope everyone had a great weekend. This week promises to be a good one – it’s almost Easter! I can’t wait to spoil my nephews with lots of Easter treats and host my first holiday dinner at our new home! There have been a few things floating around the web that caught my attention over the past few days and I’m here to share them with you in another installment of Midday Musings. Enjoy!
1. Coachella Everything
Coachella happened this past weekend. Between the celebrity sighting and out-there festival fashion, there has been a TON of things on the web to distract me today. Two of my favourites? The 15 Most Coachella-y Outfits from Coachella 2014 and Leonardo DiCaprio dancing like a Maniac at Coachella.
2. Pet Obsessions
This Buzzfeed quiz came across my radar…and obviously I needed to take it, since I love my cat more than most things in life. The results? Mildly obsessed. I’m not sure how accurate it is, but for all the animal lovers out there, this will make you laugh – and maybe feel a little bit shameful.
3. Powerful Photographs
If you’re anything like me, this collection will make you tear up more than once. It’s been floating around my Facebook, but if you haven’t seen it, take a few minutes to look through them.
4. Easter Cupcakes
Readers, you know I love baking. And Easter is my next opportunity to get into the kitchen and whip up some treats. Pinterest is a dream for all holiday ideas and it lead me to these cupcakes, which I plan to make this weekend.
